New Construction
We manage the entire low-voltage scope of a new build — design, installation, coordination and commissioning of the systems a modern building depends on, from the first cable pull to handover.

The Backbone
Everything in a modern building rides on its cabling. We design and install structured data networking certified with Technical Safety BC for data and low-voltage wiring — done once, done to standard, documented, and ready for every system that follows.

The Systems
Instead of coordinating five trades who have never met, you get one contractor accountable for the whole low-voltage package — designed together so the systems actually work together: cameras tied to door access, building automation on a network built to carry it, PA and AV planned in rather than bolted on.

After Handover
A building lives for decades after commissioning. Because we are also a managed IT and security provider, the team that installed your systems can be the team that maintains, monitors and upgrades them — one call for the life of the building, across British Columbia.
Common Questions
Yes — that is one of our specialties. We design, install, coordinate and commission the full low-voltage scope: data networking and structured cabling, camera systems, door access and entry, connectivity for HVAC, building management and automation, and building PA and AV.
As early as possible — ideally at design. Low-voltage planned alongside the electrical and mechanical design costs less and works better than systems squeezed in after walls close. We coordinate directly with your general contractor and electrician.
Yes. We are certified with Technical Safety BC for data and low-voltage wiring, FOI certified for fibre work, and carry the certifications listed on our projects page.
