Community & Infrastructure
Fibre, wireless, security and monitoring networks — often in difficult and extreme operating environments.
Fibre Internet & building network
Internet fibre and network installed for the Líl'wat Nation Health & Healing Centre, which delivers holistic community health services — from community health and home care to maternal and child health and traditional healing.
Fibre & fixed wireless — Connecting BC funded
Delivered with funding from the BC provincial Connecting BC program, and since expanded with increased capacity and bandwidth — fixed wireless Internet access for rural residents in the community.
SCADA network & communications tower
Our communications tower in Mt Currie carries the Lil'wat Nation's water-monitoring SCADA network — reservoir, lift pumps and monitoring connected so the Nation can remotely control and monitor water supply, keeping the reservoir full for emergency fire suppression.
Security cameras, access control & network
A complete state-of-the-art security system and network for the Tribal Police Station in Mt Currie — cameras, door entry, alarms and surveillance integrated into one enterprise solution.
Rural high-speed Internet
High-speed Internet delivered to residents of the Upper Squamish Valley — a difficult and extreme operating environment.
Remote-site connectivity
The Lil'wat Nation fisheries monitoring station counts salmon returning to spawn along the tributaries of the Lillooet River — connected to the Internet by Base Technology at a remote site managed by the Nation.
Event WiFi for point-of-sale — community sponsor
WiFi supporting point-of-sale at the Lil'wat Nation Rodeo on Lillooet Lake Road, served from our Mt Currie communications site — proud sponsors of this traditional community event.
Fibre trenching & connectivity
Fibre trenched from Ullus to Ts'zil to allow connectivity for the learning centre — a landmark achievement for Lil'wat Nation, which we also support with managed IT services.
